Cancellation and Refund

At Bamboolastic, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy to understand the guidelines for these processes.

  1. Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact us immediately at order@bamboolastic.com or call us at 9266451451 with your order details. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
    • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
    • If the product received is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Refund Process: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
